1. Set up your site
Create a project with the client, work scope and specification. Add buildings, floor revisions and the assets your team will inspect.
2. Prepare before visiting
Sign into the native iPhone app and download the project records while connected. Downloaded access lasts up to seven days before it needs refreshing.
3. Record the finding
Choose the asset and work type, capture the observation and measurements, and save the inspection on your device.
4. Sync and review
Keep the app open while syncing. Submit synced records for office review and follow any correction notes. Local changes and conflicts remain visible.
