Information used by the service
Account details, company membership, project information and inspection records are used to provide your workspace. Avoid unnecessary personal or resident information in site records.
Service providers
FireStopUK uses Supabase for authentication and project storage. A London database location does not mean every provider processes data only in the UK.
Before production use
The operator’s legal identity, contact details, retention periods, lawful bases, processor terms and rights procedure must be finalised before commercial release. Do not upload live customer or resident records to staging.
